The American School for the Deaf (ASD) seeks a Birth to Three Coordinator to oversee early intervention services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing children and their families. The role focuses on leadership, training, and regulatory compliance within the Birth to Three program.

Under the Birth to Three Director, you will mentor staff, coordinate services with state/local agencies, and ensure best practices and OEC guidelines are met. The position is full-time on-site in West Hartford, CT.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years as a Birth to Three provider including service coordination.
• Ability or willingness to learn ASL communication.
• Experience collaborating with families and providers for early intervention services.

Mansioni

• Assist the Director to ensure regulatory compliance and program improvement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to program providers.
• Coordinate trainings for staff in Evidence Based Practices.
• Prepare paperwork to maximize compliance and reimbursement for services.
• Deliver early intervention services to families and agencies.
