A healthcare staffing agency is seeking a Labor and Delivery Nurse to provide care throughout the childbirth process in Moses Lake, WA. Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in obstetrics, labor & delivery, or women's health.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs of mother and fetus during labor and delivery.
• Assist physicians and midwives with labor procedures.
• Provide direct care during labor, including coaching breathing techniques.

Skills

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Excellent communication and patient education skills

Empathetic, supportive, and compassionate bedside manner

Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems

Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to care

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
