Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our team in North Dakota. You will provide sterile assistance to the surgeon, prepare and organize operating room instruments, and anticipate the surgeon’s needs throughout procedures.

We welcome new grads and offer a path to certification. This role includes a 12-hour rotating shift and a 36-hour scheduled work week, with a competitive compensation package and sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins.
• National certification preferred, but not required.
• New grads are welcome to apply with or without certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the surgeon during surgical procedures, including preparing and organizing operating room instruments and supplies.
• Anticipate the surgeons needs during a procedure.
