Job summary

Sanford Health’s Broadway Medical Center in Fargo, ND is hiring a surgical technologist to join a fast-paced team supporting a range of surgical cases. You will assist the surgeon, prepare and organize instruments, and anticipate needs during procedures in a not-for-profit health system committed to growing the good.

Schedule includes weekend shifts with full-time hours; 36 weekly hours. Competitive hourly pay from $24 to $38.50, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants and career

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins.
• National certification preferred, but not required. New grads are welcome to apply with or without certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the surgeon during surgical procedures, including preparing and organizing operating room instruments and supplies.
• Anticipate the surgeons needs during a procedure.

Pay Info: Non-certified techs will start at $24/hour, certified techs will start at $25.50/hour and increase based on years of applicable work experience. $15,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants with a two year work commitment.

Join this fast-paced team of surgical technologists that support various types of surgical cases including surgical oncology, ear nose and throat, robotics, gynecology, urology, colorectal, breast, plastics, oral maxillofacial, pain, pediatric restorative dentistry, and kidney transplants. We are dedicated team with a culture of kindness and a team atmosphere for you to learn and grow within your career at Sanford.

Schedule: 3-12 hours shifts, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
