Birchwood Senior Living - Maintenance Director

Description: Birchwood Senior Living, a Lifespark Community, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Director to join our team in Forest Lake, near North Shore Dr and Forest Lake. Since 1979, we have been helping seniors Age Magnificently and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting seniors.

Shifts: Monday-Friday with on-call rotation required.

Salary: $69,992 - $81,993 annually.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist with housekeeping duties such as trash removal, mopping, and cleaning.
  • Address and resolve work orders to maintain building and equipment functionality.
  • Help in purchasing supplies and equipment, and potentially operate a vehicle.
  • Supervise outside contractor services.
  • Inspect building, equipment, and grounds regularly for compliance and proper operation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred.
