Job description

Job scope:

· Carry out daily and critical production tasks following standard procedures

· Follow written instructions such as SOPs and batch records accurately

· Perform equipment monitoring and basic lab tests (e.g., pH, conductivity)

· Maintain accurate documentation in logbooks and electronic systems

· Apply aseptic techniques when handling products and materials (if required)

· Troubleshoot and resolve basic process-related issues

· Participate in training and competency assessments to improve skills

· Support process improvements by suggesting document updates

· Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety guidelines

Requirements:

· Degree in biotechnologist or related study

· Good communication and problem-solving skills

· Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

· Basic documentation and computer literacy

· Competent in aseptic techniques (where applicable)

· Willingness to learn and complete required training on time
