Lonza AG, a top player in life sciences, invites you to help better the world. We need a Biotechnologist II for night shift in New Hampshire.

This night shift position runs from 7pm to 7am, with a rotating schedule:

Week 1: M/T/F/SAT/SUN

Week 2: W/TH

Shift differentials are included for nights and weekends worked.

Initial 2-week training period on day shift Monday-Friday upon hire for new hires.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate equipment, monitor production processes, and perform clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) operations flawlessly, ensuring adherence to GDPs.

Attain and maintain qualification for all assigned tasks, strictly following your individual training plan.

Demonstrate outstanding proficiency in laboratory tasks such as monitoring pH, conductivity, and conducting product sampling.

Successfully implement material movements, and transfer materials and chemicals within production areas.

Maintain the facility and equipment through routine cleaning and sanitization, supporting our world-class 6S programs.

Complete administrative tasks such as attending shift exchanges, meetings, and participating in projects.

Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to our collective success.

Key Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; AS/BS in a science-related subject area is a plus.

Proven experience in manufacturing environments; cGMP setting preferred, or experience as an Associate Level I in the bio-pharma industry.

Strong logic, decision-making abilities, and critical thinking skills.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities, actively seeking and incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
