You will own release of process orders, coordinate material deliveries, support troubleshooting, and contribute to PMs and document control, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production timelines.

Aufgaben

• Owns the process for release of process orders for operations and orders raw materials in SAP; coordinates deliveries with warehouse staff
• Coordinates material deliveries for weigh & dispense with warehouse staff to support production schedule
• Supports troubleshooting by resolving discrepancies or equipment issues promptly; acts as SME for their areas
• Coordinates Batch Planning including process template creation and import/manage Preventive Maintenance work orders
• Updates or creates documents for new processes (WI, SOPs)
• Manages cross-functional relationships to ensure process capacity meets timelines and standards
• Helps coordinate department non-batch activities (campaign changes, department PMs)
• Assists with new hire departmental training (gowning, equipment ops, Syncade MES)
• Supports tech transfer as needed for new processes
• Ensures compliance and safety procedures in manufacturing environment
• Performs/initiates CAPAs and CI activities; supports continuous improvement
• Assists large-scale improvement projects in DSM/DPFG
• Create daily work plans and provide shop floor support as needed
• Performs other duties related to departmental operations
