Job summary

Krystal Biotech, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate to support operations at our Astra facility in Moon Township. The role focuses on inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and providing support to manufacturing and lab teams.

You will manage materials, coordinate orders, maintain good documentation, and work with quality and production to meet schedules. Knowledge of ERP systems and GMP/GDP environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in GMP/GDP or lab setting is a plus.
• Industrial warehousing and inventory management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor raw materials, components, and finished goods to balance supply and demand.
• Coordinate material ordering to maintain stock and minimize excess.
• Oversee warehouse layout and efficient material handling.
• Maintain documentation for POs, shipments, and inventory records.
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to meet schedules.
• Utilize ERP systems to track inventory and optimize processes.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
