Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• GMP/GDP or lab setting experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of inventory management and vendor maintenance.
• Experience in warehouse operations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Coordinate ordering to maintain stock while minimizing excess inventory.
• Oversee warehouse layout for efficient material handling.
• Maintain documentation for purchases and shipping records.
• Ensure materials meet standards with QA teams.
• Collaborate with production to meet schedules.
• Use ERP software to track inventory and orders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
• Handle biohazard waste and materials.
