Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to develop and execute production and purchasing plans, ensuring reliable supply across manufacturing operations. You will manage material availability, scheduling, and inventory while collaborating with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Distribution.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain or materials management, with preferred background in biotech/pharma settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or materials management.
• Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production and packaging schedules for equipment, instruments, reagents, BOM items, and consumables.
• Analyze MRP data to align production with forecasts and inventory targets.
• Prepare and manage short- and long-term purchasing plans (6–24 months).
• Monitor safety stock levels and optimize material flow.
