Job summary

Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI) is seeking a Specialist, Stakeholder Engagement, to build relationships across government, academia, nonprofits, industry, and ARMI’s network. You will translate scientific developments into actionable engagement opportunities and collaborate with technical, regulatory, quality, finance, and clinical teams to advance biofabrication initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or business field; advanced degree preferred.
5–8 years of relevant experience in biotech, regenerative medicine, or stakeholder engagement.
Strong understanding of technology landscape to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives in biotech or related settings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and with partners.

Responsibilities

Navigate diverse stakeholder environments and build relationships across government, academia, nonprofits, industry, and other partners.
Translate technical concepts for varied audiences and identify engagement opportunities.
Develop deep understanding of stakeholder capabilities and interests to align with ARMI programs.
Serve as primary contact for stakeholders seeking ARMI connections and resources.
Capture feedback and translate insights to improve programs and partnerships.
Monitor industry trends and communicate opportunities to leadership for strategy updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to align engagement activities with organizational priorities.
Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure cohesive execution of stakeholder engagement programs.
