Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative to advance our mission of serving patients by executing strategic marketing plans, promoting Amgen products, and driving territory sales. You will serve as the primary contact for demand creation and deliver clinical knowledge to healthcare partners.

This role supports a broad pipeline across Oncology, Inflammation, and Rare Diseases, with total rewards and flexible work arrangements as part of Amgen’s commitment to employee growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Associate's degree plus 4 years of healthcare sales/clinical experience.
• High school diploma/GED plus 6 years of healthcare sales/clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact for demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Amgen products.
• Provide current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Amgen's products and communicate clinical/economic benefits.
• Achieve territory sales by executing Plan of Action marketing strategies and meeting sales targets.
• Service and manage accounts, ensure product access, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
