We are seeking a Biotech Research Scientist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Qualifications include a strong understanding of biology—an in-progress or completed Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, and Environmental Science.

This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position, allowing you to choose your projects and work on your own schedule. Compensation starts at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI models.

Qualifications:

• Masters and/or PhD in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.
