The ideal candidate will have a strong background in protein science, excellent project management skills, and the ability to oversee cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, evaluating project strategies, and collaborating with commercial teams. This position requires at least an MS degree in life sciences and provides a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $100,000.

Qualifications

• At least an MS degree in life sciences with over 2 years of protein science experience; PhD preferred.
• Strong customer service awareness and good communication skills.
• Solid protein-related technical background with hands-on experience.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
• Capacity to manage high-stress situations.
• Adaptive to a bilingual working environment (English & Chinese).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project strategy and prepare service proposals based on client requests.
• Coordinate teams to facilitate research work and provide updates to clients.
• Collaborate with commercial and production teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Support business development from a technical perspective.
• Understand market needs and optimize service platforms.
