Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec seeks a Project Manager I to oversee client- and internally funded cell and gene therapy projects across development, tech transfer, GMP manufacturing, and process improvement. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline and a minimum of 2 years of relevant project management experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client and internal projects through the full lifecycle, from project initiation through closeout.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities across development, tech transfer, and manufacturing to ensure alignment across all functional groups and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and manage risks, issues, changes, and dependencies to ensure achievement of project objectives.
• Lead project meetings through clear agendas and document key updates, risks, decisions, and actions with accurate meeting minutes.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Support contract administration and ensure project execution remains aligned with approved contractual scope and obligations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable GMP, regulatory, quality, and company requirements while maintaining complete and accurate project documentation.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to support successful project and business outcomes.
