Job summary

Latigo Biotherapeutics seeks a Manager of Program Management to serve as the operational backbone for the acute pain program, guiding cross-functional teams toward NDA submission and U.S. launch.

Based in Thousand Oaks, CA or San Francisco, CA, you will own the integrated plans across regulatory, clinical, nonclinical, and commercial workstreams. The role requires six years in biotech with three in drug development project management, strong collaboration and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• BA degree or higher in life sciences or related disciplines.
• Minimum six (6) years’ experience within the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Healthcare related field, with minimum three (3) years in direct drug development project management.
• Solid understanding of all aspects of drug development and commercialization.
• Proficient in project management principles and tools such as SmartSheet and Excel.
• Self-motivated and highly flexible individual who is able to manage multiple tasks, and priorities within a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan and timelines from NDA to launch.
• Drive decisions, coordinate teams to resolve issues; monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teams to develop strategy and goals.
• Monitor progress, schedules and resources to meet goals.
• Keep plans current and aligned with strategic shifts.
• Assess risks, propose mitigation and integrate into plans.
• Act as single source of truth; capture decisions and minutes.
• Support budget development, tracking and variance.
• Challenge teams constructively to enable problem solving.
