Job summary

PrideStaff has partnered with a Bend biotech company to hire a detail-oriented Machine Operator. You will set up and operate production machinery, inspect components, and collaborate with the team to meet quality and throughput goals.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to specifications, and a clean, safe work environment. Expect a Monday–Thursday schedule with full benefits and growth opportunities in Central Oregon.

Qualifications

  • Recent, relevant hands-on work experience.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Two professional references.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the day.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Solid basic math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery to assemble, fit, and prepare biotech products.
  • Inspect materials and components before and after assembly to ensure quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve department objectives.
  • Follow oral and written specifications and work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workstation and warehouse area.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned.
