Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc (USA) is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to maintain and coordinate inventory, scheduling, sampling, and documentation requirements for manufacturing operations. You will coordinate material needs, review documentation, and ensure production continuity while supporting cGMP compliance.

The role requires a Bs/BA degree with 0–2+ years of related experience, familiarity with GMP/GxP data, and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Competenze

• Requires Bs/BA Degree with 0-2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a cGMP environment, quality assurance, project management, or inventory management is desirable.

Mansioni

• Oversees the lifecycle management of documentation and prepares routine and non-routine progress reports and tracking on KPIs.
• Maintains inventory systems through investigations, weekly reviews, reconciliations and related activities to ensure accuracy.
• Performs and interprets analysis of GMP and GxP data.
• Creates and reviews sampling intake for all manufacturing unit operations and protocols prior to operators on the floor.
• Coordinates material needs to ensure production continuity.
• Ensures BOMs are created and maintained for production needs.
• Evaluates and monitors deviations and other compliance events.
• Coordinates, reviews and catalogs various manufacturing documents and serves as liaison between manufacturing and other functions.
