Novonesis, located at our Milwaukee, WI facility, offers a Process & Technology Intern role that provides hands-on exposure to biotechnology manufacturing. You will analyze data, support multiple process areas, and gain practical engineering experience in a dynamic production environment.

The internship emphasizes collaboration with operations, quality, and engineering, with mentorship from experienced professionals and opportunities to contribute to real projects addressing manufacturing

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in engineering with GPA 3.0 or higher.
Sophomore standing or higher at application time.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Interest in manufacturing and process improvement.
Ability to manage projects and work independently.
Effective communication and collaboration.
Willingness to work in office and industrial settings.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to arrange housing and transportation.

Responsabilités

Analyze manufacturing data and identify process improvements.
Support operations across fermentation, recovery, granulation, and finished goods.
Participate in troubleshooting and root-cause investigations.
Assist with process optimization projects and trials.
Develop engineering calculations and technical reports.
Collaborate with operators, engineers, quality teams, and production leaders.
Present project findings to site leadership.
