Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Process Development Associate to explore how product quality attributes affect the safety and efficacy of biotherapeutics. You will help develop cell-based assays to evaluate immunogenic impact and work with the product team to guide drug development decisions.

The role emphasizes sterile cell culture experience, data interpretation, and teamwork, with preference for 3D culture experience and familiarity with Prism software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required or equivalent experience
• Experience with sterile cell/tissue culture is required
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Familiarity with immune and cell-based assays and 3D culture is a plus
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Investigate impact of product quality attributes on safety and efficacy of biotherapeutics
• Develop cell-based methods to assess immunogenic impact of attributes
• Collaborate with product team to support critical drug development decisions
• Utilize MS Office for data documentation and reporting
