Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Process Development Associate to explore how product quality attributes affect the safety and efficacy of biotherapeutics. You will help develop cell-based assays to evaluate immunogenic impact and work with the product team to guide drug development decisions.

The role emphasizes sterile cell culture experience, data interpretation, and teamwork, with preference for 3D culture experience and familiarity with Prism software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required or equivalent experience
• Experience with sterile cell/tissue culture is required
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Familiarity with immune and cell-based assays and 3D culture is a plus
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

Job Summary

• The Attribute Impact Group in the Department of Attribute Sciences is seeking a Process Development Associate to investigate the impact of key product quality attributes on the safety and efficacy of biotherapeutics.
• Our team supports drug product advancement by developing cell-based methods that assess biological/immunogenic impact of drug product attributes.
• This information is shared with the product team and used to make critical decisions to further the drug.
• The ideal candidate will have familiarity with immune and cell-based assays, and 3D cell-culture/organoids.
• Experience with protein biochemistry, biotherapeutics, antibodies, and drug product attributes is preferred.
