Job summary

IFF is seeking a senior Manufacturing Technology leader for our Clackamas, Oregon site. You will guide project portfolios and oversee a diverse engineering team focused on biotech processing and manufacturing excellence.

You will drive improvements across operations, collaborate with capital and automation teams, and partner with research and development to implement new products and changes. The role requires strong leadership and strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Eight+ years of engineering experience in industrial or biochemical processing.
• Experience leading or managing engineering teams in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing Technology function at a large-scale site, managing project portfolios and team performance.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team through goal setting, reviews, coaching, and recognition.
• Translate site goals into actionable departmental initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
