Novo Nordisk A/S in West Lebanon, NH is hiring a Biotech Manufacturing Technician (Wed-Sat) to join our Back End Days team on the manufacturing floor. You will work on recovery and purification of API for our medicines, collaborating with engineers, scientists, QA and facilities to ensure compliant, efficient production in a fully gowning, cleanroom environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, curiosity, and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Associate's Degree with 3+ years of manufacturing experience, or Bachelor’s in science with 0 years’ experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP operations preferred.
• Ability to understand and execute established written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture product and provide production support activities.
• Complete routine documentation related to product manufacture.
• Support in-process activities and product development as directed by supervisor.
• Incorporate pre-planned process improvements and cost-reduction programs.
• Perform area equipment and process validations per procedures.
• Perform in-process product testing following standard procedures.
