Job summary

Just Evotec Biologics in Redmond, WA is seeking a Manufacturing Scheduler/Planner to coordinate daily production and cross-functional planning for mammalian cell-based biotherapeutics in a cGMP environment.

You will build and maintain schedules, analyze capacity, and drive continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in manufacturing operations and experience with scheduling tools, with base pay ranging from $55,000 to $100,000 annually plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with manufacturing/operations experience.
• Experience with scheduling tools and resource allocation.
• Experience presenting to upper management or business clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide execution of clinical and commercial manufacturing.
• Manage daily production schedule and cross-functional operations coordination.
• Develop and improve schedules and scheduling tools for operations.
• Understand scheduling systems and disseminate data insights.
• Create and maintain the daily production schedule and assess changes.
• Participate in cross-functional planning meetings to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide capacity planning to align MPS with resources.
• Support schedule accommodations for projects, shutdowns, and change control.
• Drive continuous productivity and efficiency improvements in plant operations.
