Job summary

Just Evotec Biologics, located in Redmond, WA, seeks a Manufacturing Scheduler/Planner to optimize the Daily Production Schedule for clinical and commercial mammalian cell-based biotherapies within a GMP environment.

You will work with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to maintain schedules, improve tools, and ensure on-time delivery across Redmond and Seattle facilities. Requires a related degree and scheduling experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Manufacturing & Operations experience or equivalent.
• Experience with finite scheduling and resource allocation.
• Experience presenting to upper management and/or business clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide the successful execution of clinical and commercial manufacturing of mammalian cell-based biotherapeutics while ensuring cGMP compliance.
• Oversee the Daily Production Schedule and lead cross-functional operations coordination.
• Collaborate to develop and improve schedules and scheduling tools for operations.
• Understand planning system parameters and disseminate valuable data to teams.
• Create and maintain the Daily Production Schedule and manage schedule change impacts.
• Participate in cross-functional planning meetings to ensure on-time delivery for Redmond and Seattle plants.
• Develop capacity planning models to align Master Production Schedule with required resources.
