Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Bioengineering, or a related field with 1–2 years of reagent manufacturing.
• Proficiency with micropipettes and routine molecular biology laboratory techniques.
• Ability to follow SOPs, MPRs, and work instructions with complete, accurate records.
• Understanding of aseptic technique and prevention of cross-contamination; handling temperature-sensitive materials preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving; escalate unexpected conditions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in ISO 13485, GMP, or other regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate biological and chemical reagents per batch records and SOPs.
• Perform antigen reconstitution, dilution, mixing, aliquoting, and storage per procedures.
• Maintain temperature-sensitive materials under specified conditions.
• Assist with high-priority manufacturing activities including filling, labeling, packaging.
• Complete MPRs and GDP-compliant records.
• Track inventory of consumables and raw materials.
• General lab maintenance: calibration, cleaning, housekeeping.
• Support troubleshooting of manufacturing issues.
• Support routine inventory cycle counts.
• Maintain a safe working environment and safety practices.
