Tailored Management in Portsmouth, NH is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Associate on a 12-month contract with potential extensions. The role focuses on gowning, cleaning, autoclaving, water sampling, and GMP-compliant support on the manufacturing floor.

The position offers weekly pay and benefits (medical, dental, vision) and is set on a 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a strong path for career growth in biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to follow written SOPs and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Gowning required in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform glassware cleaning and washing to support manufacturing operations.
• Operate autoclaves to sterilize equipment and materials.
• Perform routine water sampling as required.
• Clean and sanitize inoculum rooms and manufacturing areas.
• Perform Biosafety Cabinet (BSC) cleaning and sanitization.
• Prepare small chemical solutions and mixtures following established procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing areas.
• Complete GMP documentation and maintain accurate records of all activities.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Provide general support to manufacturing operations and perform other duties as assigned.
