Job summary

A biotechnology startup located in Baltimore, MD is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support laboratory operations. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end processing of customer samples, support R&D efforts, and ensure compliance to quality standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and familiarity with laboratory information systems. Salary is between $50,000.00 and $60,000.00 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including health benefits and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory or similar environment preferred.
• Experience with laboratory automation equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with GxP, quality control processes, microbiology, or molecular biology is desirable.

• Manage the processing of customer samples according to SOPs.
• Support R&D experiments following established protocols.
