Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a Formulation Technician I / Laboratory Technician in Sunnyvale, CA to support manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include assembly, packing, testing of ion exchange resin products, and recording test results in GMP/GLP environments.

The role requires a high school diploma, up to 1 year in manufacturing or lab settings, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds. This is a day shift with potential overtime, located in a team-oriented lab.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, operations, production, laboratory settings, or related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and quality standards.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs and verbal instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools such as wrenches, torque drivers, and tweezers.
• Basic computer proficiency, including spreadsheet and database software.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, pack, and test ion exchange resin products using specialized manufacturing and laboratory instruments.
• Perform production activities according to established procedures and customer requirements.
• Accurately record, document, and report test results.
• Complete production work orders in accordance with established procedures.
• Follow corporate quality policies, GMP, and laboratory safety standards.
• Maintain accurate production logs, laboratory records, and related documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.
