Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, biotechnology, life sciences, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting laboratory operations in biotech/pharma/research environments.
• Experience coordinating laboratory inventory, purchasing, or operations.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment management and vendor coordination.
• Experience in a regulated laboratory environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily laboratory operations to ensure an organized, efficient, and compliant lab environment.
• Manage inventory: ordering, receiving, stocking, tracking supplies, reagents, and consumables.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, coordinate deliveries, servicing, and maintenance schedules.
• Oversee equipment records, calibration schedules, maintenance, and service documentation.
• Coordinate sample shipments and chain-of-custody documentation as appropriate.
• Maintain lab organization, storage areas, and shared workspaces for efficiency.
• Assist with onboarding: workstation setup, PPE, access, and orientation.
• Support safety initiatives with supplies, inspections, and EHS programs.
• Maintain lab documentation, logs, and records per procedures.
• Coordinate waste removal, housekeeping vendors, and facility support.
• Assist with scheduling, conference rooms, and shared equipment reservations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Translational Medicine, Analytical Development, Manufacturing, QA, Facilities to ensure readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve lab processes and efficiency.
• Support special projects as assigned.
