Job summary

Replimune seeks an Associate I, PDT in Framingham to support day-to-day PDT laboratory operations. You will perform routine upstream/downstream processes and drug product formulation tasks, under supervision, with a focus on documentation and GMP-compliant practices. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years in a biotech lab.

The position is based on-site in Framingham, with a typical 5-day on-site expectation and a base pay range of $72,000–$93,000, plus incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on laboratory experience required in a biotech/pharma setting.
• Experience with cell culture, purification or formulation is a plus.
• Ability to follow SOPs and record data accurately.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to multitask and work in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Support upstream tissue culture, downstream virus purification and drug product formulation activities.
• Perform routine lab and pilot-scale steps with supervision, including setup, sampling, cleaning and documentation.
• Maintain stock levels and prepare reagents following proper documentation practices.
• Ensure GMP compliance and proper lab housekeeping and safety.
