The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in finance within the life sciences, strong project management skills, and a BS/BA in accounting or finance, preferably an MBA. The salary ranges from $265,000 to $330,000, along with healthcare and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial and accounting experience in the life sciences/biotechnology industry.
• Experience in a company that completed a successful IPO is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with leadership teams to develop long-term strategic plans.
• Oversee cash flow planning and annual budgets for portfolio companies.
• Prepare financial materials for Board of Directors meetings.
