FUJIFILM Biotechnologies Texas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support the Texas Biological Facility, Flexible Biological Facility and NCTM. The role focuses on maintaining clean utility equipment, plant utilities and biotech processing equipment to ensure minimal downtime and strict SOP, cGMP and FDA compliance.

The position is a 2nd shift (12-hour) role, requiring training and the ability to work with operators and technicians on troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with two years of relevant maintenance work experience, preferably in a bio-pharma facility.
• Associates or technical degree with one year of maintenance experience in bio-pharma.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical maintenance, biomedical engineering or related field with relevant maintenance experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide maintenance and operational support for clean utility equipment and plant utility systems.
• Support facilities, building maintenance and grounds.
• Work with OEMs and technicians for complex interventions.
• Maintain training and adhere to cGMP and FDA guidelines.
• Assist with troubleshooting of temperature controlled process equipment and related lab instruments.
