Responsibilities include fundamental research across therapeutic areas, analyzing clinical data and regulatory milestones, building robust financial models, and presenting findings to the portfolio manager and team.

Qualifications

• Experience in biotech equity research, preferably within hedge fund, asset manager, or sell-side research team.
• Strong understanding of drug development, clinical trials, and biotechnology industry.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct fundamental analysis and develop independent investment views.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret scientific data and translate complex information into actionable investment insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental research on biotechnology companies across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Evaluate clinical trial data, drug development pipelines, regulatory milestones, and commercial opportunities.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation frameworks, and scenario analyses.
