Agenus is a clinical-stage biotechnology company advancing a broad pipeline of immuno-oncology therapies. This Senior Manager, Corporate Development role will lead strategic initiatives spanning partnering, capital formation, investor relations, and long-range planning.

The position is onsite in Lexington, MA and requires collaboration with Clinical, R&D, Commercial, Legal, Regulatory, Finance, and CMC teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, private equity/VC, or related field.
• Biotech/pharma or life sciences experience is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical abilities to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic initiatives in corporate development, finance, and investor relations.
• Develop and refine multi-year pro forma financial models.
• Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities.
• Oversee partnerships and licensing/monetization strategies as needed.
