Job summary

BioMarin is seeking a Contracts Associate to join our Legal Department. This role involves drafting, negotiating, tracking, and managing a high volume of contracts using BioMarin templates and CLM systems.

The ideal candidate will work closely with attorneys, GSP, and business partners to ensure timely, compliant contract execution and to support continuous improvement of templates and processes. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, quick learner, and strong work ethic.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders including internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a variety of company agreements using BioMarin templates.
• Utilize CLM systems to track contracts from draft to signature.
• Ensure compliance with BioMarin policies and procedures.
• Serve as liaison among Legal, GSP, business partners and external parties.
• Improve contract management processes and templates.
• Provide support for departmental projects and cross-functional initiatives.
