Qualifications

• Strong curiosity and storytelling skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital platforms.
• Comfort with AI tools for communications, research and content development.
• Attention to detail and initiative.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Sophomore standing or higher at application time.
• Ability to arrange housing and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling internal and external content by identifying stories, interviewing employees and subject‑matter experts, and translating complex topics into clear, engaging communications that bring our people, science and business to life.
• Support strategic communications initiatives, including PR, executive communications, employee engagement and events.
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions, sites and global teams.
