Upsilon Global partners with a growing biotechnology company focused on advancing nephrology treatments. We seek an experienced Clinical Project Manager to drive delivery and operational management of clinical development programmes.

This hands-on CPM will lead trials, manage timelines and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure GCP compliance across start-up to close-out, with nephrology exposure preferred. Based on US East Coast.

Qualifications

• Experience as Clinical Project Manager/Clinical Trial Manager in pharma/biotech.
• Experience from start-up to close-out of trials.
• Experience in small to mid-sized biotech preferred.
• Exposure to nephrology or related areas preferred.
• Strong vendor and CRO management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and trial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the operational delivery of assigned clinical trials.
• Manage clinical study timelines, milestones, budgets and key deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Medical, Regulatory, Data Management and external vendors.
• Oversee CROs and other external service providers to ensure high-quality study delivery.
• Identify and proactively manage operational risks and issues.
• Support study planning, start-up, execution and close-out activities.
• Ensure studies are conducted in accordance with GCP, regulatory requirements and company procedures.
• Provide regular study updates and progress reports to internal stakeholders.
