Qualifications

• 7+ years in a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment, including 3+ years managing supervisors.
• Proven track record developing frontline leaders and improving retention.
• Strong working knowledge of cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and precision assembly.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end results of the cleanroom across both shifts and be the accountability point for Operations leadership.
• Directly manage and develop 1st and 2nd Shift Supervisors; set expectations and coach.
• Mentor Supervisors on leadership, problem solving, and developing Assemblers.
• Build a retention-focused culture with onboarding, recognition, and career-pathing.
• Design and improve cleanroom training programs to be consistent and well-documented.
• Align staffing, scheduling, and workload across shifts with Supervisors.
• Set and enforce cleanroom discipline including gowning, contamination control, and safety.
• Own quality/compliance outcomes, drive CAPAs and preventive actions.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve production issues and support validation and environmental monitoring.
• Report performance and risks to Operations leadership and drive continuous improvement.
