Job summary

BioLegend, Inc. Bottling Technicians for the BMIA group will handle formulation processing, filling, capping, labeling, and completing batch records, collaborating with LEGENDplex and ELISA teams. This on-site role requires attention to detail and compliance with SOPs.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 6 months of biotech lab or filling/packaging experience, with basic math and Excel skills. Competitive hourly wages and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or some college.
• 6+ months of relevant experience in a laboratory and/or biotech manufacturing and/or filling/bottling/packaging working environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing bottling tasks: dispensing antibody solutions, capping and labeling of vials, tubes or bottles.
• Formulate products per approved SOPs and work instructions.
• Verify formulation worksheets for concentrations, lots, etc.
• Perform simple math calculations as part of daily tasks.
• Store finished goods in designated temperature conditions.
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage data and records.
• Provide training to others.
• Set up and prepare equipment for ongoing operations.
• Operate computer-controlled process equipment (filling line, lyophilizer, capping, labeling machines).
• Follow instructions and adhere to procedures, policies and health/safety guidelines.
• Clean and maintain workspace and lab equipment.
• Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.
