CFD Research seeks a Branch Lead for its Biosystems Branch in Huntsville, AL. The role directs multidisciplinary teams in NAMs development, organ-on-chip platforms, organoids, and computational modeling to create predictive human-relevant systems.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in biology-related leadership, strong communication, and a track record in translational research and grant/proposal activities. Onsite, competitive benefits, and ESOP await.

Qualificações

• MS or higher in Biology, Bioengineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in NAMs or preclinical biology.
• Strong leadership and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for the Biosystems Branch.
• Define NAMs roadmap including organ-on-chip and related platforms.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary R&D programs and collaborations.
• Identify new business opportunities and represent CFD Research with sponsors and partners.
