National Jewish Health in Denver seeks an outstanding Biostatistician to collaborate with investigators on the PRIMERO Birth Cohort Study, an NIH-funded longitudinal project examining early-life origins of childhood asthma.

You will design and conduct analyses of high-dimensional data including single-cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, proteomics, and genetic data, integrating with clinical phenotypes. This is a fully analytical role with manuscripts and grant analyses as outputs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in biostatistics or related field required.
• Minimum of two years' experience with statistical analysis of scientific data.
• Experience with high-dimensional data analyses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and perform statistical analyses integrating longitudinal clinical, respiratory, cellular, and molecular data.
• Develop statistical analysis plans and apply appropriate methods to high-dimensional data.
• Interpret results, visualize findings, and contribute to manuscripts and grant analyses.
