Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a clinical position preferred.
• Completion of a 2-year degree in a clinical care-related field may apply.
• Experience in hands-on clinical education and procedural support is valued.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Education & Procedural Support: manage hands-on physician training and bioskills activities.
• Physician & Industry Engagement: build relationships with physicians, trainees, and industry partners.
• Program & Event Management: coordinate scheduling, resources, equipment, and logistics.
• Clinical & Surgical Support: assist during bioskills activities and live training sessions.
• Laboratory Operations: maintain safe, clean, and organized lab environment.
• Inventory, Equipment & Specimen Management: track instruments, implants, and cadaver specimens.
• Compliance & Safety: ensure OSHA and lab SOP compliance.
• Technology & Media: operate audiovisual and streaming systems.
• Business & Customer Support: support revenue-generating education programs.
• Research & Innovation: support clinical research and technology evaluation.
