Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly in production or lab settings.
• Comfort using microscopes for assembly and inspection tasks.
• Experience with batch records and paper-based documentation.
• Ability to follow strict ISO Class 8 cleanroom procedures.
• Proven ability to manage long-cycle processes and meet goals.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform very small mechanical and medical assemblies with precision.
• Conduct microscope assembly and visual inspections for quality.
• Collaborate on non-standard and prototype builds with R&D.
• Maintain accurate batch records and raw material logs.
• Measure and document material usage and inventory.
• Run macros to set times/voltages and calibrate products.
• Assist in enzyme layer deposition for sensor calibration.
• Manage multiple batches in long-running processes.
• Follow ISO 8 cleanroom policies and gowning protocols.
• Provide feedback to engineering and leadership for improvements.
