• 10+ years in venture capital, private equity, or corporate development within biosciences.
• Proven track record in investment origination, due diligence, and portfolio management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; board interaction experience.
• Existing network across academia and industry.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and evaluating bioscience investment opportunities.
• Leading due diligence, market/technical analysis, and deal terms.
• Managing portfolio company growth; potential board observer.
• Represent CI publicly and coordinate with stakeholders.
