Job summary

SOKOL GxP Services is seeking a junior Bioprocess Manufacturing Associate to support hands-on production activities in a GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical facility in Devens, MA. This 3-month, onsite contract role offers an overnight rotating schedule and a W-2 arrangement.

You will execute routine operations, verify materials, maintain documentation, and train on bioreactor and automation systems, while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing operations experience in a cGMP environment.
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation.
• Willingness to work onsite in Devens, MA on a rotating overnight schedule.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine manufacturing operations per SOPs and procedures.
• Weigh raw materials, assemble, clean, and sterilize process equipment.
• Monitor processes and identify deviations.
• Complete electronic work instructions and maintain documentation.
• Maintain cleanroom conditions and follow GMP and safety rules.
• Train on bioreactors and automation equipment.
• Support inventory management and process documentation updates.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Materials, and Maintenance teams.
