Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Bioprocess Manufacturing Technician to operate in a highly automated, cGMP environment across production areas, including upstream/downstream processes. The role involves following SOPs and manufacturing documentation while maintaining accurate records and safety compliance.

The position is a contract role with potential conversion to permanent employment. Training includes shift rotations and 24x7 facility coverage, with competitive hourly pay and facility onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in the English language—reading, writing, and communication.
• Must be computer literate due to extensive automation.
• Must be able to work all shifts and tolerate overtime as needed.
• Stand for extended periods; climb multiple flights of stairs daily.
• Cleanroom gowning requirements: cleanroom scrubs, bunny suits, gloves, hair covers, safety glasses, steel-toe boots.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean and sterilize production equipment using automated systems.
• Perform cell culture operations using aseptic techniques and maintain cell banks.
• Operate fermentation, centrifugation, and protein purification systems.
• Manage fixed tank and filtration systems and large-scale chromatography.
• Prepare media and buffers; and assemble/sterilize equipment for production.
• Perform environmental monitoring across the facility.
