What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the Southeast region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing bioprocess clients
- Collaborate with sales management to enhance customer awareness and identify marketing strategies
- Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution post-sale
- Track and manage sales opportunities using the company CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in the Life Sciences industry
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the biopharmaceutical market
- Strong understanding of therapeutic drug manufacturing processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and CRM systems, particularly MS Dynamics
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous Key Account Management experience
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Dynamics for sales management
- Familiarity with leveraging social media tools like LinkedIn Navigator for marketing
- Experience in selling consumable technologies, preferably single-use technologies
