Job summary

United Therapeutics Corporation in Manchester, NH is seeking a Bioprocess Engineer to advance iPSC-derived autologous cell production for 3D-printed organs in a GMP setting. You will scale up differentiation processes, support tech transfer, and contribute to tissue engineering efforts with collaboration across Organ Manufacturing groups.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's with 2+ years in iPSC culture and bioreactor production or a Master's with 1+ year, experience with Ambr/B-DCU systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in biomedical science or related field with relevant industry experience.
• Experience in iPSC culture and bioreactor cell production.
• Familiarity with GMP transfer and process development.

Responsibilities

• Execute scale-up and process development studies for iPSC differentiation.
• Develop robust cell production methods for multiple cell types.
• Assist in drafting and validating laboratory methods and protocols.

Education

Bachelor's degree in biomedical science or related field
